If your phone already has all of your contacts stored, all of your contacts will automatically be sync'd with our servers. If you don't have your contacts on your mobile phone please follow these instructions:

• Attach them to an email and send to info@mailforexchange.com.
• Within 12 hours all of your contacts will be sync'd between your phone and your computer.

We have our own Exchange server, how do we forward our primary emails to you ?

Generally speaking, we can download your emails for you. But, if you have a protected Exchange server behind a secure firewall, you may need to ask your IT administrator to setup a forward from your current primary email account to your Mail For Exchange email address which will be in the format firstname.lastname@mailforexchange.com

I have a Nokia 6300 / 6120, can I use Mail For Exchange on my phone ?

YES & NO ! The standard Nokia Mail For Exchange application is only available on Nokia E & N-Series devices. BUT WAIT there is an alternative, for a one-off payment of £30 you (or we) can purchase the popular Roadsync application which is compatible on all Series 60 handsets (Nokia 6300, 6120 etc). Once this application is installed, you can enter your Mail For Exchange account settings and your phone will then be ready to receive push email / calendar / contacts.

Can I use Windows Mobile with your Mail For Exchange hosted service ?

MOST DEFNIITELY, if you have a Windows Mobile handset (e.g. Motorola Q, Samsung BlackJack, T-Mobile Dash, HP iPAQ hw6500 etc.) all you need to do is sign up for an account at www.mailforexchange.com. When you receive a confirmation email, simply enter all of the account settings provided into your mobile phone and you're ready to receive push email / calendar / contacts.

Can I use Palm OS with your Mail For Exchange hosted service ?
