1: You sign up online by clicking on sign up !
2: You enter your personal information.
3: You will receieve an email with illustrated instructions on how to setup your phone, this should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

Your phone is now ready to receive email

If your phone already has all of your contacts stored, all of your contacts will automatically be sync'd with our servers. If you don't have your contacts on your mobile phone and you use Microsoft Outlook please follow these instructions:
1: Export your contacts into a single file. If you are unsure how to do this, please click the following link:

2: Attach them to an email and send to info@mailforexchange.com.
3: Within 12 hours all of your contacts will be sync'd between your phone and your computer.
4: To view your emails / calendar / contacts online, go to https://mail.mailforexchange.com/exchange and enter your username and password.

If you use a POP3 account like Yahoo or Hotmail, please ignore the above steps, we will do this for you !
